2. Lawful Portals Access

Platform visits are allowed strictly for intellectual growth or commercial research. Automated indexing, scraper scripts, and digital text mining are forbidden unless accompanied by an authorized API license.

3. Scope of Services

We provide daily editorial publications, corporate compliance monitors, research briefs, and industry records. We reserve full rights to adjust or suspend services without penalty.

4. Service Orders

All subscription payments are finalized through secure South African channels. Services remain active for the mutually agreed timeframe.

5. Pricing Adjustments

Prices are determined in South African Rand (ZAR) and include statutory VAT where applicable. Subscriptions automatically renew at current rates unless customized instructions are received 14 days prior.

6. Subscriptions Management

Subscribers may request plan adjustments or cancellations through their profile panels. Terminated accounts remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Reader Commitments

Subscribers must input true personal data and assume full responsibility for protecting their platform login credentials.

8. Protected Creative Assets

All texts, interactive layouts, logo SVG illustrations, metadata files, and design assets are protected under South African intellectual property legislation and international copyright standards.

9. Professional Neutrality

10. Platform Delivery Disclaimers

12. Indemnification Scope

14. Termination Powers

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or block users if these online terms are breached.

15. Act of God / Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by emergency grid shutdowns, internet connectivity outages, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

16. Governed Jurisdictions

These agreements are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be settled within the competent courts of Pretoria.

17. Term Alterations
